- Phone Number — Used for account creation and login via OTP verification.
- Business Information — Store name, WhatsApp number, category, logo, and product details (name, price, photos) that you voluntarily provide to create your catalog.
- Design Preferences — Template selection, color palette, and font choices for your store website.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your store catalog website at jugaadkaro.pk/your-store-name
- To authenticate your account via phone number verification
- To display your business information and products on your public catalog page
- To enable WhatsApp ordering between your customers and your WhatsApp number
- To improve and maintain the Service
3. Public Information
When you create a store on JugaadKaro, the following information becomes publicly accessible on your catalog page:
- Store name and category
- Product names, prices, and photos
- WhatsApp number (for customer ordering)
- Store logo (if uploaded)
This is the core functionality of the Service — creating a public catalog for your business.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using:
- Supabase — Cloud database hosted with encryption at rest
- Supabase Storage — For product photos and logos
- Expo SecureStore — For local authentication tokens on your device
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — Database and file storage (Privacy Policy)
- Render — Server hosting (Privacy Policy)
- Google Fonts — Typography (Privacy Policy)
- WhatsApp — Order communication (handled by WhatsApp's own privacy policy)
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with anyone except as described in this policy (third-party services necessary to operate the Service).
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account through the app settings, all your data including your store, products, and personal information will be permanently deleted from our servers.
8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app:
- Go to Settings → Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
- All your data (account, store, products) will be permanently removed
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
10. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- JWT token-based authentication
- Secure password hashing
- Database encryption at rest
